The Maharashtra Housing, which was known as the "Bombay Housing Board" earlier, was established in the year 1948, and except for the Vidarbha region, it had control over the whole state. They work for the poor section of society and construct housing space for them. These buildings need to be allotted and maintained, which is looked after by them. When the State was reorganized in the year 1960, Vidharbha Housing Board was established as the inheritor body to the Madhya Pradesh Housing Board. Housing Board worked on the same function as Vidharbha did, except that it sanctioned loans for cooperative housing societies, institutions, and local authorities for the construction of buildings. In 1971, to provide shelters to the poor people, the Bombay Buildings Repairs and Reconstruction Board was formed. Tenants residing in decrepit buildings in the Island City of Bombay had issues there, so it was created to deal with their problems and undertook its structural repairs and reconstruction, to make them safe and better for the residents residing there. People who lived in slums had many problems in their daily life, so to improve their lifestyle, the Maharashtra Slum Improvement Board was formed in 1974 with the aim of providing better living conditions to them. Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban Districts were first provided with these services. For the better development of the state and its people, it was then extended to all other parts of the state. In 1976, under the Act of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development, the Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) was formed and came into action. On 5 December 1977, it came into existence. The Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board was restructured by a Government Declaration, and it was then split into three different Boards, now known as:
- Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board (MHADB)
- Mumbai Buildings Repairs and Reconstruction Board (MBRRB)
- Mumbai Slum Improvement Board (MSIB)

Explore real YouTube video promotion and ensure traffic
People create YouTube videos with the expectation that it will attract a lot of viewers, and progressively, they can earn money through their YouTube channel. But when what they expect does not happen, they give up making videos. This is the harsh reality for most of the people who started their YouTube channels.
But, honestly speaking, the efforts you put in can yield results if you have a proper strategy to promote your YouTube videos on the correct platforms.
Here are the two best ways to promote your YouTube video
1. Promotion through social media platforms
Promotion on Facebook
Over 2 billion users use Facebook every month. We all know about the popularity of this social media platform. The most important factor is, you can advertise on Facebook for free. Though you have an option to use paid promotion and reach more viewers worldwide.
The only objective is to make everyone around you know about your creation and, in this way, to reach more people. You can find some groups where you can share your content.
Promotion on Reddit
Reddit is the biggest internet community platform, having more than 200 million active users. As the working pattern is quite different from other platforms, you need to be aware of the active people. Once you become familiar with this platform, you can advertise your YouTube channel here.
Using other popular social media platforms
One should not leave any social media platform if one wants to make their YouTube videos popular. There are many more social media platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Quora, and many others, which can play a very important role in making your YouTube videos popular.
YouTube community tab
YouTube has a distinguished feature called the “YouTube community tab”. This feature allows YouTubers to interact with their viewers. In this community tab, the creators can promote their upcoming videos, just-released videos, or those videos that are not viewed by the new subscribers. Therefore, it acts as a big support for your YouTube video promotion.
2. Promotion through paid services
Hiring the services of real paid promotion sites
If you want your videos to reach people steadfast, you should advertise the videos. Enough number of real paid YouTube video promotion sites are there to deal with, but one cannot trust all those sites. Not all sites provide legit views and work with fake viewers, which means that your money will get wasted if you don’t choose the correct sites.
You may find some sites at the start that offer views at a very cheap price, and you may fall into the trap that was set by those scammers. So, before you hire any services, you need to go through different sites and then select the correct site that can provide you with the best service.
It would be great for you if you could promote your videos on all the possible platforms. It is not even the subject from where you get the views; rather, it is necessary to increase the real viewers to grow your YouTube channel.
